Yes on most. Check the guide for regulations on the wmas. They all have different rules

To go into the woods you need a WMA permit it is $25 per year plus a hunting license ,pretty cheap when most people considering many people spend thousands on a lease , self cleaning permits are free , but must be filled out upon entering the WMA
Yes ,They are open during hunting season also
Years back sherburn was lottery only , but not anymore ,besides a hunting license you also need a WMA PERMIT , then read that years regulations then be safe and enjoy yourself
