Sandra you will need to bring the Orbiter in for them to look at. It did something to the flywheel or internal relay most likely and that's why it won't rotate any more. One thing you can try before you bring it in is to bring the unit to a padded surface like carpet, pick it straight up a few inches and forcefully slam it to the floor. Then turn it back on and see if it works. Sometimes when that happens the flywheel will lock up to protect the machine and the force to the floor will unlock it. If that doesn't work you'll have to bring it in so one of their professionals can solve your problem. It could also be the internal relay and that won't fix that. Hope this helps. Good luck!
