I won't go into the boring details of how I stumbled upon Brown's but I'll tell you one thing, this place gave me better customer service than ANY of the other 22 places I called. I'm a single mom who called their shop in a slightly emotional panic. With a cracked voice, I tried explaining what I needed and without hesitation, they told me to come in. I couldn't make it in for 3 days but once I did, They were still SO KIND to me. I couldn't find any place willing/ able but they were willing to help get what I needed to get me back on the road. I cried as I left because you just do NOT experience the level of kindness they showed to me. They have a customer for life. They have a reference for LIFE, anyone I can will be referred to Brown's for LIFE. And as soon as I can, I'll be back to give the worker (who also went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me) a real tip - He gave me a shirt from his own vehicle to lay down so it didn't ruin the trunk carpet of my mom's Lexus. This place gave me chick fil a customer service when I was in a desperate position and I am beyond grateful for them. THANK YOU BROWN'S SALVAGE OF DENHAM SPRINGS... You don't know what it truly means to me to be shown just a little bit of kindness during a time when I thought I'd lose my job if I couldn't get my car back on the road.
