Went in tonight to get my usual and to my surprise there were only 2 workers for the night. The gal that helped me was amazing. She made sure my drink was ready really fast. If I am remembering right her name was Carlese. She always has the best customer service when I go in. Considering the fact she was training a new worker, running the store, and is only in high school is amazing! I can only imagine how stressful it is to be working in a fast pace environment with little to no staff.

SAM is absolutely the best, but overall the group of ladies that are baristas there are phenomenal

The gals working here are always so friendly and kind when I come in. It never fails that it is insanely busy in the morning but that rarely seems to phase their attitudes. I know how tough it can be to manage a huge influx of customers with limited staffing. You all are doing a great job! Keep up the great work!
