Ordered twice here in two days. Got my order wrong both times. First time, I ordered a cinnamon dolce latte. They gave me a chai latte. I had to contact customer service because we didn’t have time to go back and correct it. Luckily, the online support was great and gave me a refund. Second time I ordered, I said no whip. And of course they added whip. I also wanted soy so I don’t know if they did that either. So I guess we will see how my stomach fares on this road trip. The store was not busy so not sure where the incompetence is.

I ordered a Carmel macchiato extra shot Expresso with cold foam on top and extra Carmel drizzle. WELL They forgot the cold foam so I asked her to add it what did they do THROW OUT HALF THE COFFEE THAT IS ON TOP SO I ENDED UP WITH A VENTI MILK WITH A BOTTLE OF CARMEL SYRUP 🤦🏽♀️ $9.20 FOR THAT!!!

This Starbucks location is very clean, and the staff is super friendly!! They are pretty busy, but the line moves quickly. Great job!

Use the Starbucks app. Place your order ahead of time, walk right in, pick up your order and go. Skip the long line at the drive through.
