This is the worse company. I was charge over 1k in assessment fees while my neighbor who moved 2 weeks after us was only charged 200. They can not give me a direct answer on why. Also I have an open complaint on yard decorations. We have none. This company is trash and need to be removed from Louisiana

Update: Just got off the phone concerning a corrective action concerning two Halloween decorations. After hearing the person rudely sign and laugh while I was speaking, it was evident that this would not be an good conversation. In short, apparently two small Halloween decorations are in direct VIOLATION and drives down property value = fine charged. Yelp! Seasons greeting and yeah #MyHOAdoesSuck

The property fence fell into my yard, over a month ago. I called, and i emailed them. I was given the run around for over a month. They first said they would take care of this promptly, then they said that the quotes they were getting were too high. After I caught people coming into my property through the broken fence, I had no choice and I paid for the fence myself. I even offered to pay part of the fence costs, and I still had no reply. I will be seeking representation to make sure they pay me back and legal fees. We had a great managing company before. This Community Management is atrocious. This is the correct managing company. In charge of Nicolson Lakes. I contacted you by phone and email. I also spoke with Ms. Summer. One of your employees.
