For Christmas my husband gave me money and told me I could go to the Grange Co-op and get a pet rat. December 26th I went to look at the selection and there was one single female available. She was calm and friendly and appeared healthy to the best of my knowledge in that area. She wasn't sneezing or anything and she seemed to have a healthy curiosity about her so she came home with me. She was great. Friendly and calm and lovey. This morning everything was normal and she was crawling around on my shoulders and onto the top of my head and then she was in my hands struggling to breath and throwing her head back and not being able to breath. She didn't seizure She suddenly suffocated in my hands, out of no where. She was loved and named Delilah Grace before we even got home and she died in my hands less than 24 hours later. My husband called and was told rudely that the rat was fine and healthy when they had it and there was a no return policy. Yes my husband is out twenty bucks, but that isn't what we were getting at so thank you for the show of greed and I apologize for his thinking you might make things right somehow and not ruin the only thing he was able to get me for Christmas. Was emailed regarding selecting a time for an interview. Responded with my selected time and never heard back. Emailed them two more times... no response. No phone number given to call. Very rude and unprofessional in my opinion and now they have also lost my regular business as a customer.

Favorite pet place. Can get food for all the different critters at this stop. Fish department is awesome, there always helping with out pond information too.
