This place will sell your elderly father a chainsaw then if it needs a simple fix(new carb) tell you its on back order for 3 months until you get tired of waiting for a simple part and order the carb yourself in 30 seconds off of Amazon. Then they wanted $7 for disassembling the carb and not fixing anything. Ridiculous that your store won't stand behind or have the resources at your disposal to get a carb after 3 months when the saw was purchased from your store. Save your money and time folks and find someone else to fix your saw.

This is a good shop for equipment purchase. Their prices are moderately reasonable. Getting something repaired is not easy. They are behing over a month and do not take a ccx wait list forcing the customer to call every week and check availability.

There’s really only one place in town thats devoted to this equipment. I had to buy the wrong part I was told it would fit. It was the cover for a weedeater I ended up by the whole assembly only the cover would fit on not the inside parts I called first they said they had it when I got down there they only had the Hole assemblies. Either way I had to go back-and-forth and spend the money on gas

If you purchased equipment bring receipt. They also have a record on file. They'll repair. I've never had a problem
