My friend was in a hit and run on the roadway and was told when calling that she has to wait for police. She has been waiting for 4 hours and called multiple times to check on the status and was finally told that they couldn’t find her and closed the report. They told her she could fill out a report online but the website only allows for private property hit and runs, not on public roadways. The Nashville Police Department, emergency and non emergency call center need to do better for their community. The photos show the vehicle that hit her and drove off.

Not going back to Nashville. Not because a black lady road raged us so hard she pulled her gun out and threatened my family. Wasnt the fact that the black lady forced us to slam on our brakes and almost get hit by three vehicles that came flying by us with their tires smoking. All because we honked at her cutting us off. But because the police showed up 20 minutes later and didn't even want to see dash cam footage. That they immediately dismissed all she had done. There is privilege in this country, and it's not white. This police force here is too woke, and brain dead to actually uphold law. They are too afraid to prosecute black people when they have actually done wrong. Never coming back to Nashville, because you can get your family threatened by a gun and the cops tell you to "have a nice day and PLEASE COME BACK TO NASHVILLE!" Yeah no. NASHVILLE is lucky there wasn't a body on that highway that day. Nashville can eat itself alive. I'll watch.
