I wrecked my vehicle and was told by the insurance company on March 28th it was totaled and what they would offer me for the vehicle. I stopped into Franklin Motors because they had a vehicle facing the street I wanted to ask about and told them my story. They looked up my vehicle, told me what would be a fair settlement from the insurance company and allowed me to test drive their vehicle. It drove great but because I had two dogs with me, they suggested I look at SUV’s. I drove a few they had but none felt comfortable to me. They then suggested I try a Lexus RX350. They didn’t have one on the lot at the time but promised to find me one and they did! It took about two weeks and I am now the proud owner of a new to me, drives wonderfully, fits my lifestyle SUV. Everyone was nice, patient, informative, and the sales process was seamless. A big shoutout to Jessica, she knows her cars and truly went above and beyond for me!

I bought a 79 z28 camaro from them almost 4 years ago. I just recently got the car restored. The paint looked immaculate when I bought it. When the car was sanded down to the bare metal. I found out there was a lot of shady things done on this car. They used meshed screen and bondo to hide the holes on the body. The frame wasn’t even connected to the body. They put meshed screen on the floor pan to hide the visible holes. Which still ended up rotten out. This place is a joke. Please don’t buy any antique cars from them or you will be paying twice as much to get back to its originality.

These people gave me a car for more than $4000. The car had several issues, all four of my tires blew out and even my engine eventually gave out. This all happened in a time-span of about 6 months of purchasing the car. I almost died because they wanted to sell me this car. Then they had the audacity to demand the rest of their money from me. Greedy, selfish people.
