It's not a good time when your expensive tools malfunction- to say the least. I bought a new electric lawn mower that mysteriously stopped starting up before the season was over. DeWalt did the right thing. Thank you.

Checked website and called to confirm their hours. Both said 5 pm. Drove to store and got there at 330 pm. The store is closed and now no one is picking up the phones. What a waste of my time and gas.

I was Dissapointed they didn't sell tools but staff was friendly and directed me where to purchase tools and that they only repair.They also take trade in tools of other manufacturers tools for credit towards a purchase of a Dewalt tool
