Carnival quality of people without the rides. End of the line for breeders to get rid of birds that not are worth feeding. Dishonest people who nickel and dime, a disorganized line that takes 40 minutes to pay, the auctioneer has family members bidding and even beds herself massively unprofessional. $3 for a can of Pepsi is one of the best values you will find over the entire auction. Animals are poorly handled and they all share unwashed cages so beware of disease.

Bought and sold here. Great selection .Very nice people. Family owned. Family environment. The auction it self is very organized. Covered barn with fans for hot days and they built restrooms. NOT porta jons. Then to put the icing on the cake they have a family owned food truck with large variety of sandwichs , drinks , ice cream , ect. 100 % rating in my book.

Backyard sale no real livestock people bother coming here anymore because the owners are nuts..greedy, run bids. If they have 6 goats it's a good day. I'm amazed the state hasn't gotten them for running bids and sick poultry. Saw the man when auctioneering the owner when he was auctioneering SAY please somebody bid I dont want the thing. .he got caught he was running the bids. Item had a reserve so he ran it to almost reserve price then owner said sell it anyway! He was stuck with the item... No joke...crooked as the day is long. I Sat in same seat since auction was started I was their best buyer literally every week..one day owner says that seat is saved..made me move to give seat to her friend. AUCTION NOT STARTED IM ABOUT ONLY ONE THERE..she made me move...damedest thing I've ever seen in my life. Rude rude. I quit going to the sale. Imagine spending $$$ to $$$$ a week there and being told your seat is taken to give it to her friends lol stupidest move made when there were 95% seats open. AND im not the only one it's happened to either, see feedback. Oct 2018 a friend called me said they had some poultry id be interested in, THEY WERE ALL SICK WITH SINUS INFECTION within 5 days many had swollen eyes anot noses and they were only poultry I had. ..Imagine 20 turkeys all diseased. Highly contagious disease for poultry and you can get sick from it too I Did in 2011 and not breathed right since. I thought maybe over the years it had improved, but no...its still a rinky dink auction that doesnt appreciate its buyers. Believe me I used to literally bring the best buyers there to get the place started. Even brought them an auctioneer because they had none...yes an auction with no auctioneer just the dad selling as he chain smoked..I brought them a lic auctioneer who brought the sale to life and they hired him then THEY WOULDNT PAY HIM...These people are odd. Dont give them your money. You will find out one day when they treat you wrongly. I've spoken to several they did wrong. Even guy who supplied them cooked hog for their holiday get together didnt get paid! You just cant make these peoples behavior up..rude..greedy and if they can get something from the govt they will. One thing to be ambitious, another to just be greedy. Sad really it's a small town auction supposed to treat people kindly and APPRECIATE THEIR BUSINESS.....THAT DOESNT HAPPEN HERE. If you are new at auctions as most of their regulars are, you might not recognize running bids etc. But to livestock people who attend auctions in many states you know what is going on. Now owner went to auctioneer school maybe shes being more honest but I'd say like father like daughter.

Family run farm auction and the general merchandise sale are both worth attending. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Never know what might be there.
