Lori, A queen waterbed mattress is the same width as a standard queen but is 5" longer. We can have a custom built queen waterbed replacement mattress made that measures 60" wide by 80" long. However, a standard queen will work just fine as long as you are ok with a small gap at the end of the bed. A King waterbed mattress is the same size as a California King mattress (72" x 84).
