I ordered the chick filet sandwich to go and also told them give me a pack of the chick filet sauce on the side. They forgot the sauce, when I was eating it that night it was very dry without the sauce. Mistakes happen.

I went to this Chick-fil-A because it was close to the highway. I went and ordered a SPICY southwest salad and asked the guy to switch the chicken to a SPICY Chick-fil-A chick-n- strips and he give me nuggets 😑and asked for avocado lime ranch. That he didn’t give me. So I had to go to a different Chick-fil-A because I noticed I didn’t get my dressing and didn’t like the chicken. Waste of time and gas. 🙄

Went twice in one day. Once for myself during lunch and for my family to take home for dinner. The food quality is always great and the great customer service impacts me to come back. The politeness that you receive is beyond me. I wish every restaurant was like them.

The customer service is always excellent. The staff is well trained and the food is consistently good. The Coke is almost as good as McDonald's. The waffle fries dipped in the Chick-fil-A sauce are unreal. I have the spicy chicken sandwich which was delicious. I added the pepper jack cheese to mix it up a bit. The restaurant is always clean and if there's ever a problem they immediately resolve it. I will definitely be back again.
