Mostly friendly staff. There were some items advertised online that we couldn't find in the store but that could just be a case of what the chain carries in general vs what this store actually had in stock. No biggie. Typical fireworks place tho.

I love Prism! Big air conditioned showroom with big parking area. Using flyers that are sent out or online I save tons of money! Everyone there is super nice and helpful. They have new stuff almost every year! I definitely recommend them!
