My experience has been the best, I was treated with great professionalism and they helped me and the whole process very quickly. I am very grateful to Ms. STONE for all her help...

These people are rude, nasty and have no people skills. They cut you off during call and you're not able to explain your problem.
Tonya Prymas
Ashley is extremely rude and hung up on me after 50 minutes sitting on hold and spoke to me for 30 seconds.

Social security services in Cleveland. As many of you know I recently became a US citizen and have to update my Social security records. Well since all the Social security service offices are closed I had to call them and find out what the process is now. Both times when I called I got to talk to older people, probably in their sixties. Let me tell you how awesome my experience was. They both went above and beyond my expectations. They patently listened to all the questions I had, and trust me I had many questions, and they answered all of them to to best of their knowledge. Honestly the best phone call experience I ever had.

Yes they're very helpful
They say on foreigners can actually go in. Americans have to use the drop box.
You can call Social Security toll free number at 1 800 772 1213. You can also open your social security account online and obtain your own computation from the website, www.socialsecurity.gov..
I believe it's 8 to 4:30
You have to call them to make a personal to person. They not allow people without appointment
No. Unless you need an interview for SSI or SSDI. Normally, you show up and take a number, wait for your number to be called, and a worker handles all of your needs. Here's a special heads up... There is a metal detector and security guards at the door.
You can actually call social security 1 800 number.
Yes
I would say yes
You can go to the nearest social security office and right inside the door there is a drop box with the application and envelope along with some pens to fill out the application. Fill it out and make sure the address that you put on the application is the same as the address on your ID. put your ID in the envelope along with the application. Fill out the front of the envelope with the address they are to send it to. Seal it and put it in the drop box. They will mail your ID back to you. Hope this was helpful! I just recently had to do it myself too.
By appointment only.
You will have to go in sorry so you can show them proof or mail it to your case worker if you have one.
Yes you can fax them paperwork.

They will oder one for you as long as you have a valid id.
No, any national holiday no government offices are open. Including the bmv
No and it all depends on what you are there to get done.
Yes you can, but you will all the appropriate paper work. I do not know what that is. you will need to call the office
