This hospital shipped my father to Bradford in the middle of the night without notifying anyone in the family until the following day. Sent him out of state, where my elderly mother was unable to drive, so he would not die under the OGH roof. Don’t complain… then when my mother ends up in the ER only weeks later, I was not allowed to be there with her. Because I complained. I pleaded with the security guard to at least take her blanket to her… HE THREW IT ON THE NASTY DIRTY FLOOR. If you really love your loved ones, take them somewhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE.

After talking with Terry in customer relations I feel better about this hospital. I still don’t recommend using the ER unless u truly have an emergency, however my main concern would be with the billing of the triage nurse practitioner. We do not have insurance and after talking with the nurse practitioner on an I pad for 2 minutes at the most, we were sent a bill for $2800. Terry is trying to help with this and we greatly appreciate her help. They are going to put signage up stating there are costs associated with triage, which is helpful.

if i could put zero stars i would. this place is horrible specifically the mental health unit. if u go here they will isolate u and offer no help whatsoever they will only make u feel worse.

Stayed here for 4 days and I hope I never have to go back here again. Scariest time of my life. Would not recommend this hospital to anyone if you have a choice. ER is great , I did have to wait about 8 hours to get an official room but the ER doctors and nurses were very nice and on the ball...but once I got up to the 3rd floor it was terrifying. Needs better management for sure!!!! Nurses don't answer the call buttons hardly ever but have the time to giggle loudly and chit chat outside while the button is going off. I would often get handed meds and not even told what they were. Also pretty bad when their own nurses tell me I should go somewhere else because the place is so bad (I do appreciate the honesty but it is terrifying to hear that when you are in the hospital.)

They were very rude to me as well when I called to check on someone. He has been in thier for 5 days and I have not heard from him. I know thiers a pay phone but I can't find the number any where and when I asked nurses the wouldn't give it to me. Something's wrong cuz he always tAlks to me when he is in thier
Spectrum
2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
They will not give information over the phone so they will say bring that patient in to be looked at.
I have no idea if you find out let me know
Anyone can get COVID... Do basic hygine wash your hands and so forth...It doesn't matter if one is an Elderly person, a Child, and have health issues/or healthy... No one is immune...
Yes.
Repeat mammogram, possible ultrasound or breast MRI. Then biopsy which is minimally invasive.
My bf was also denyed his pain meds while he was in thier last time This time I haven't even got to talk to him and it's been five days
I have no idea. I don't go to Bradford or Olean . Because Bradford did not run groups and were unhelpful. Last time I was there was 2014.
That's something you would have to contact Mercy Flight about.
Sometimes the primary care like I've had trouble with are clueless. If you go to a smaller pharmacy, the pharmacy can be helpful if they know med history along with medical history. I'm sorry he can't sleep That's a bummer
