WNY MRI @ Lockport

My daughter and son needed MRI’s. They got in fast and they were very comfortable. Tech was personable and receptionist was very knowledgeable about the insurance and copays. Helped me understand how the insurances work and explained things so I can understand. Would recommend over other sites. I’ve been to a few over the years and none of them as helpful as this co.

The technician is awesome…great with little ones through elderly. Very personable! The receptionist is beyond rude! How does she still have a job?

The office itself is great and so are the doctors. But the receptionist is rude and condescending. I would hope she's not in charge of any elderly people. I almost went off on her myself because I'm tired of her unwarranted attitude and fake entitlement. But I decided to warn you all instead and lodge a formal complaint. This is a medical office and as a person who has worked in medicine for over 20 years I know how sensitive working in an environment with dementia patients can be. You don't launch out at them like it's their fault for making simple mistakes. I feel sorry for people who have to come here for an mri and be greeted with such hostility. Please get rid of this lady, before you lose all of your patients. Or before your patients lose their patience. I've been warmed against this behavior by recent patients and didn't listen. Let me reiterate. The staff are GREAT 👍 The doctor is WONDERFUL, but if you have to be greeted by venom before seeing them, the ratings will suffer.
