Flavio's Brick Oven Pizza & Bar Siesta Key

Stopped by Flavio's after a beach day at Siesta Key. They offer valet parking outside for $5 and I would recommend making reservations ahead of time as this place was packed full. Opt to sit outside if it's not too hot of a day because the ambiance is gorgeous! We weren't feeling up to ordering traditional entrees so we ordered their brick oven pizza. The pizza is more than enough for two people to share. We got the Pizza Carnivora and Pizza Prosciutto - both were delicious and tasty. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in the Siesta Key area!

Owner is rude, and service is SO SLOW! Had a pick up order for 6:30 pick up and order wasn’t started until after I arrived at the restaurant. No signs on where to pick the order up and food is not good for the price. 20 dollars for undercooked pizza that’s smaller than a personal.

Wow. What a great night. Our server Maria was so gracious and patient with a table full of kids on spring break. The food was excellent. Maria was fantastic. Everyone loved the food and appetizers. This is a must repeat visit.

EXCELLENT Neapolitan style pizza!! The best I have ever had; I almost wanted to eat it crust first. So crispy and still so chewy. My plan was to eat half and take home the rest but my taste buds demanded that I finish it all. No regrets! With everyone speaking in Italian it adds a lot to the already great atmosphere and ambiance. Of the several places we have dined at while visiting Siesta Key, Flavio's had the best service by a country mile. Pro-Tip: get a side of Marinara to dip the crust in. Its flavor x flavor squared. We cannot wait to go back!
