Not a good company to deal with. my partner ordered supplies and still did not receive his sensors. Insurance will pay for three month supply but they only send one month at a time although his doctor has written the prescription for three months. He has called numerous times to find out what is going on because he has no sensors. This company is worse than the previous company. I guess I will have to call insurance and have them contact BLN.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They inserted my birthdate wrong on my order and my insurance denied my order. So I received an invoice. When I called they said I had to figure it out only to find out THEY made the error. They continue to send meinvoices after I called three times asking them to adjust it in their system. They are incompetent, rude, and have terrible customer services. Do yourself a favor and purchase what you need somewhere else.

Incredibly frustrating. My Dr office initiated the process of ordering the Dexcom G6 system on 8/29/22 after multiple prior authorizations and calls, my Dr's office informed me that on 10/6/22 they had spoken with Better Living Now who stated they never got the order, so a new order was submitted. I was contacted that day by Better Living Now and the new order was confirmed, but they would need another prior authorization. I contacted the dr's office to let them know a third prior auth was needed. Today I contacted Better Living Now to check the status of the order, and was informed that they were waiting for email from the insurance team. When I asked me one. the rep what the timeframe for this process was they could not give one. This is unacceptable for a process that I was told that would take 2-3 weeks to drag out this long with no resultion after a month and a half of being strung along. This is unconscionable when dealing with medical supplies. If you have the option (I don't) go with a different company.

They need to allow a choice for ZERO stars….this pharmacy is INEPT, INCOMPETENT and causes nothing but STRESS during first order and refills. They blame the insurance company for every issue just to bide their time. If I wasn’t forced to use them by my insurance I’d definitely go somewhere else! I’ve filed a grievance with my insurance….BEWARE

Do you ever answer the phone? I am a long time customer and am continually being told Im #15 in line. More people need to be there to answer, especially when dealing with sick people. I am furious. I wasted an entire day trying to get in touch.
