My husband took a day off work for an eye exam and ended up waiting for an hour to be able to pick out his glasses. I understand they're only allowed so many people in there at a time, but they need to schedule the appointments accordingly. We actually ended up leaving without ordering his glasses and went back the next day. We were then told we wouldn't be able to order glasses that day because there wasn't anyone licensed working that day.

Eye appt was only 30 mins from walk in to walk out. Was in line for glasses for 25 mins before these rude ladies even acknowledged my existence. Then, told me they had clue when I'd be helped. Horrible experience!!!!!

very bad service went in to buy glasses and some grey haired woman told me they don't sell glasses i need to go to Columbia tn.... so mean and rude never go here...
