I like that my dog is happy when I drop him off. That really tells me all I need to know. However, I do think the staff is very friendly and he seems to get good care. I like the doggie-cams so I can see my dog whenever I want to.

Good boarding experience. Longest my dog stayed was 3.5 weeks at one stretch and even that was a good experience for him. Worth the money!

Yes! We are open 365 days a year. Holiday hours are 9-11am and 5-7pm
Don't know what mistreatment you mean, but I can tell you that me and my dog have never been mistreated, I have been taking my dog there for 3 years and when I look at the cams the employee's check on the dogs but other wise let them be witch is totally fine with me so I don't see the problem.
