Don't know what mistreatment you mean, but I can tell you that me and my dog have never been mistreated, I have been taking my dog there for 3 years and when I look at the cams the employee's check on the dogs but other wise let them be witch is totally fine with me so I don't see the problem.
What happened exactly? We have been taking our beagle there for two years and they have been very good with him. They are amazingly friendly, in fact, compared to other places.
Not sure what animosity you mean. We have taken our dog here off and on for years. He loves coming, and the staff is very warm, friendly and welcoming. We've never had any issues.
I've taken my dogs there on and off for about 4 years now and have never had a single issue with any of the staff and how they treat my dogs or me and my family. My dogs have also stayed there on overnights when we've gone away and no issues there either. If you had a bad experience with one of the staff members, I would address it immediately with the owner. As the other folks have stated here, it was definitely something that is not the norm.
My dog loves the staff and is always happy to go there. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Perhaps you need to talk to the staff about your experiences and see what they can do about it.
