I enjoy working with Hometown Bank. Live people answer the phone and people in the branch are always pleasant and helpful.

Try speaking to a person by phone is a joke. After staying on hold and being passed around problem has not be taken care of. Is this how they work getting people to hang up and not getting answers

I've been with hometown since it first opened in Oxford...the people there are the best... friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating!

No wonder why there is only four of your banks around my entire community your pink socks and more and more people are leaving your bank hopefully someday your bank will be shut down
