Buyer beware! 1. Car delivered with SIX INCH scratch on the car hood. Given I leased the car was less concerned but wanted it document for when I turn it in. Julien, the sales rep promised to document it and send an email confirming. I had to follow up three times before he did it. 2. Given car was leased from CT dealer and I am in NY was given temp registration, told by Julien I would receive plates and perm registration in a few weeks. Two weeks go by and I emailed Julien but didn’t get a response. Called Julien a few days later who informed me there was an issue with the bar code on the insurance doc which they knew and sat on for over a week without telling me. Got Julien the proper insurance doc that day. Julien didn’t confirm receipt for three days and only after I emailed and asked him to confirm. 3. Over a week later and still no plates. No follow up from Julien who a) said he would and b) said he’d get a manager to call and make it right. Of course neither happened. 4. On day my original temp registration expires still nothing - no new reg and no plates. Call Julien to ask where new temp reg is and he argues with me about date temp reg expires despite it clearly stating today was the expiration date. Says I will get plates Monday but seemingly is oblivious to the fact that leaves me without proper registration for the next two days. Eventually have to go to dealer to get new reg. Still have no plates over a month later. Bottom line is this place could car lease about service or follow up or taking accountability for lax follow up. Plenty of other dealers to work with. Avoid this place. Follow Up: The fact that the dealership: 1. Responded to my review SIX MONTHS LATER plus 2. The response blaming the customer for their admitted screw up in terms of ordering the plates 3. Should tell you all you need to know about this place. Their response just confirms my initial suggestion - AVOID ACURA OF STAMFORD

You would have to call, it's different at all Acura dealership.
Everyone who works there was wearing mask. They're maintaining social distance. I wouldn't be worried about visiting this place.
