I rent a car from this location, Brian did his best to help me but unfortunately I didn't get the car I booked online, I canceled a reservation I had with enterprise at Fordham location to get a standard size SUV at McLean Ave location (Yonkers) but I ended up having a full size sedan with higher rates than the ones I canceled earlier!! And even bought their full cover protection plan which cost me 30$/day. Enterprise make you book the reservation online but when you show up to the location everything change, you don't get the car you reserved plus you get rates higher than any competitor (Hertz, Avis, thrifty, Dollar ... ). As I mentioned earlier, the staff at yhe location were very nicer especially Brian, but the company itself is a mess. The site manager(Taher) emailed me to appreciate my business with them & offered any help I may need, I spoke with him but today & there absolutely no help. The staff at this location were nice & helpful (Brian and Jason) Stay away from Enterprise and try other companies,I used to rent a lot from enterprise since 2011 but in different states, it used to be one of the best car rental companies, now it is literally the worst.

Told us less than 30 minutes of pick up time that there was no cars available and offered zero options or alternatives. Didn't seem to care that it completely ruined our planned trip or want to help any further. Reservations dont mean "Reservation". Poor service, Poor Attitude, Lack of planning or empathy. Edit: Reached out to suggest I email them and give them further details so that they could investigate. After 5 days, still no reply. Why did you bother asking me to inform you if you wouldn't have the simple courtesy of investigating or following up. Save face is the name of the game, no actual intentions seen of rectifying.

Before you do that, call Enterprise and find out if the policy for your rental includes renting from one location and returning at a different one. Renting in New York and returning in Pennsylvania sounds like something that would be discussed in advance. Good luck!
