Dr. Agustin Diaz and his office staff are subpar at best. My Mom has been a long time patient and called for a sick visit. The minute she mentioned she had fever it was a HARD NO to get an appointment with him. Instead she was sent to get a covid test and NEVER OFFERED a virtual visit. The covid testing site they sent her too takes 48 hours for results. Meanwhile they expected a 78yr old woman with various medical conditions that make her high risk for serious complications to stand by as her condition deteriorated waiting for test results. That very evening my husband and I had to take her to EHMC ED where she was admitted for double pneumonia. If I could give 0 stars I would. Today I am very thankful to the fantastic staff at EHMC for treating my mom like a human. Dr. Diaz you're fired. Good riddance to you. You will no longer treat my precious mother or anyone I care for.

Good doctor, has lab in office makes it easy to get lab work. He was the only doctor to figure out what my condition was after seeing several doctors over a course of 4 years.

Dr. Agustín Diaz is unprofessional, he has no medical ethics, my mother has been a patient of him for 10 years and right now she is in very serious intensive care and Dr. Agustín Dias does not want to call the hospital because he is not affiliated simply that he does not have heart
