Because they don’t work, just public control placebo. They are going to put rings on them next.
They have them several times a year. You'll have to call to get the dates, or look for the signs next time you go in.
Yes they did when I was there a week ago.
Im not sure i would try the dog or feed store on Waterloo or the syore next to raleys on 395.
