I am absolutely unable to get a hold of this place. The last four times I have called, it says the wait time is 45 minutes. I'm trying to ask a qustion about self-pay, but they don't have any info about it online, and no email where I can contact them. I tried the billing number online and it is out of service. CHIP has screwed us by not notifying us of our insurance expiring, and I have been in need of medication refill for my daughter's ADHD. They have refused to refill until she has been seen and never recommended self pay which I just realized was an option. It's been over a month. Please make your phone lines work or create emails for each location. I'm pretty much done with this place, on to the next one.

This place has gone down hill since switching to community care can't even get my kid in for his adhd follow up since April and all they can tell you is I don't have any information for you wow this place is so horrible do they realize he needs this appointment like WOW

Horrible front deskt staff. They never have any appointments available. When we called in for an appointment, they said they had none available for two weeks. The front desk person told us to come in for a walkin appointment from 8am to 9. My pregnant wife and foster son woke up early and went into the office only to be turned away saying they don't do walkin appointments. I honestly don't know how parents put up with this office and it's shenanigans. How horribly managed and run can a pediatrician office be? I am fuming. These people are a bunch of liars who care not about their patients.
