Showed up for in person appointment. Office was steipped of everything. Office supplies, equipment, chairs, etc. It was like showing up post apocalypse. Nothing posted about a different address or movement of the Office. Name was still outside the door.

Terrible office experience and gave me very damaging medical advice on drug interactions. Beside long waits at the office, they also don't pick up the phone when trying to call and won't call you back. It took me months to get my PAP smear results. But the most severe issues is that the doctor, though very nice, gave me bad medical advice about drug interactions that led to a traumatic health episode and eventual hospital stay.
