Yes, the parking is free, and you can visit the church. Phone ahead to make sure it's not being used. Someone will be happy to show it to you.

You get assistance with an HEB gift card, or any other stuff they offer, every 6 months.
It depends on income. Rent/ utilities, boots for work, HEB Cards, some other small stuff, once every 6 months. Bring photo ID and if you want utilities you must bring the bill, rent is paid directly to landlord.
They help with rent and bills, but I'm not sure about that, but is always good to give them a call.
I know they do help on Tuesday morning bur you have to be there super early in the morning as there is a huge line and they only help the first 40 people list goes out at 7 am but people sleep there inline
