Normally it has a great taste, 5 star worthy. We are from out of town and buy it when visiting. Today the sweet bread had a slightly different taste after so many years. Something has changed during Covid 😪

Lara's Bakery has been there since my mom was a little girl. Mom's 90! Always busy and well worth the wait. Bring a mask and only 6 customers inside at a time. You'll see many folks waiting outside. Just hop in line and the Happy Customers come out. Thank you Lara's for your continued service!

Delicious place for sweet bread. Fluffy sweets come out of the oven early morning. A line forms around 7AM. Trays upon trays of warm treats are brought to the front display cases. My favorite, cherry turnovers. ❤

Definitely the best pan dulce in the valley for sure. I'm never disappointed. Yes, it is a little bit out of the way. But worth it. If it ain't broken don't fix it.

Only cash but the pineapple is worth it .... the bread is very good
The cards charge commission for each swip and if you buy 3 or 4 dlls they do not agree as they take away the commission no matter the amount of money
