As soon as we walked in, it was an experience that I did not like. I dont believe I was greeted. Isn't that what good customer service is from the getgo? Being that this was the 1st time I had visited & I had no idea what their "rules" were due to covid & all. I looked around for signs & nothing. I asked how does this work? Do we just grab the tongs & a bag or do I have to wear a glove? All the cashier said "the tongs are right there, pointing into air. I finally see them & start looking at what bread is available. Then I look for some sort of pricing & nothing to be found. I finally just grab a piece that looked alright. I go to the register. I paid almost $3 for ONE glazed donut. Just glazed. Nothing fancy. Way over priced! If it was like no other & delicious I would have probably given 1 more star. But I could buy a Dozen donuts from sams for like $4-$5 & they're delicious. Won't be going here again.

I should have read the reviews. It is expensive. We were told the price per pound when we walked in. I just did not realize how heavy is the bread. We had about 7 pieces and it to as $19.00. back home in Houston this would have about 1/2 the price. It tasted fine but not not worthy of the additional cost. We were also asked if we wanted some hot chocolate. My wife asked if it was complementary. The cashier clearly said yes. We were surprised but she even asked what size. We figured because it was near closing time they were giving it away. When we we rung up they add $6.5 for the the two drinks. We paid it since we were already counting on it. The drink was good and its price fair but we did not appreciate the deceitful approach.

Visited this location on Saturday for the first time I was very happy with the pastries we purchased they taste better than they look. Will go back!

This bakery is so good! A little pricey, but worth every cent. It's sold by weight at $7.99 a pound. The store is very clean, and the employees are very efficient and friendly. Will definitely be going back!!!
