NEVER NEVER!!! BEWARE!!! I was charged almost $160 for a reservation I didn’t make and never needed. The 3rd party hotelsdotcom claims the hotel refused to refund my money or even look into it!!! Whatever you do, don’t book with this hotel. It’s the fact that they didn’t even bother to look into it that has me angry!!! Just took my money and I’m sure they booked the room according to the 3rd party site, that they are sold out. Makes no sense but it’s whatever! Hope that $160 was enough to lose a customer! So goes life!

Rooms clean, and Hotel clean. The area to purchase snacks had nothing but staffs lunch in the fridge. Room service took my trash but left no trash bags.

Reserved a room 2 months in advance just for them to call us on the date we booked to tell us they didn't have a room for us. They couldn't explain how it happened even though we pre-called and had a conformation number. They didn't even offer us a discount for any future dates. We were already in route and travelling from 3hrs away. Luckily the Hampton across the street offered us a very clean and quiet room for the night. It was also the quickest check in I've ever experienced. Other than sleeping in our car I don't know what else we would have done if not for Hampton Inn.

I was a bit overwhelmed with how positive my experience was. I stayed for 6 nights.Everything is modern and clean in a relaxing environment. I've never slept in a bed where the sheets, blankets and pillow were as soft. I looked forward to returning to the hotel each day, which is not something I would normally think about. Everyone was friendly, but I did not need to interact much with staff. The large windows and view were nice and room amenities were comforting enough that you don't feel compelled to leave. I would highly recommend this hotel. I left feeling more relaxed and rested. I am grateful for the experience.
