We will need to gather more information about the pool pump (make, model, HP, etc.) You are welcome to bring the pump into the store so we can inspect it to see if it can be fixed, or we can follow up with you over the phone to schedule a service call. We practice proper social distancing as recommended by CDC guidelines. All employees and customers are required to wear face coverings while inside the store. We properly sanitize surfaces and products regularly. Our check out and water counter lines have clear plastic barriers protecting customers and employees during purchases and providing services. We also provide temperature screenings to all of our employees regularly. We recommend but do not require customers make appointments during busy season for our sales department. We are also equipped to allow customers to ask for services curbside or make purchases over the phone for curbside pick-up.
