I left a Review for Jamie Rhodes for 548 central Ave East Orange NJ. Which was the wrong location. So, of course I had to make sure I redo this so that the hiring manager, and customer service training manager knows about my legendary experience! Jamie Rhodes approach & resolve for my issues were friendly and very professional! So much so that in turn not only did I walk out with a smile on my face but I also brought a Apple Watch 7 series! Because of her expertise, and sincere concern that I got what I needed, and what wanted at the same time. “Go Figure” The Apple Watch was everything she said it would be! That area is not known for great customer services, now I guess because of Ms Rhodes it will be known for legendary Customer service!
