A woman picked up the phone, I asked about a application I put in , she told me “your application does not matter” , I can come look at the apartment, I explained, I am a college grad seeking affordable living. She said “apartments start at 2200” & hung up the phone before I could get a word in. I felt like I did not matter, as if the property cares for the higher class only , hope to find something before spring

* The amenities here at Bayview are AMAZING!! * Bayview by far is one of the BEST apartment complexes around. * My 2 bedroom apartment is super spacious and very cozy. * The laundry room has adequate washers/dryers and it's always tidy. * The rent here is very reasonable. * Eagle Rock's main priority is the safety and well being of their tenants which is why they have a high tech video surveillance security system that monitors the building inside and out. * We have FREE water and FREE heat and a FREE parking space. * We have a lot of professional people living here like (Teachers, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Managers etc) * Here you can easily develop life-long friendships and connections * Here at Bayview they have handicapped accessibility, i.e. ramp. * We have an elevator here. *Living here at the BAYVIEW Eagle Rock apartments puts you close to anything you may want or need, e.g., (Shopping Centers, Restaurants, Public Transportation, LIRR, Healthcare facilities, Libraries, Entertainment and Leisure facilities. To that end, there is one very special and IMPORTANT person who I've saved for last deliberately and his name is Anthony--Field Manager/Superintendent for many of Eagle Rock Managements buildings. Yes, MR. ANTHONY RISPOLI is the BEST!!. He's PROFESSIONAL. PATIENT, ATTENTIVE, SUPPORTIVE, HELPFUL, HARDWORKING, KIND, PERSONABLE, EASY TO TALK TO and GENUINE. He is the individual who makes my life and every tenant in this buildings life easier. He has been one of the BEST Field managers/Superintendents I've ever had to deal with!! He has excellent communication skills and loves to see his tenants HAPPY!! He conducts ongoing and consistent site observations/visits and makes sure that our hallways, stairwells, lobby, elevator and grounds are well cared for. He also ensures that his tenants repairs are taken care of in a timely manner. and that the repairs are done with care, perfection and precision. He's just always there for us when we need him! When we have leaves on the ground, he has the landscaping company to come pick them up, when we have snowfall, he and his crew are here to shovel the walkways etc to make sure that we are all safe. Mr. Anthony is super knowledgeable about the inner workings of this building, carpentry, fixing things and just about his craft. He is also super helpful, organized and proficient. Mr. Rispoli's professional/working relationships with his tenants are second to none!! In conclusion, I have been here for 3 years now but because of Anthony, I plan on being here for many more years to come.
