I am looking to relocate. Do you offer any BBQ areas at the Mineola site? If not, are small portable BBQ pits or portable George Foreman grills allowed outside as long as they are so many feet away from the buildings?

Thank you - do you know what the NY law is on barbecue pits outside? I tried researching and it talked about NYC. I am from Texas and they allow barbecue pits but so many feet away. No one answers their phone at this site.
