I was here for jury duty, and they made me wait 5 hours, before I could tell the judge that I am hearing impaired. The 3 people I told when I got there couldn't just do it for me. The judge says to me "Hearing is an important part of jury duty, so you're dismissed." Really? Until next time. Smh.

Always record all hearings you have. The court clerks falsify the records, and when you try to have them correct their mistakes they continuously postpone your hearings. I have been fighting for 2 years for the recordings to the hearings where they falsified a conviction against me. They still have not given it. They use this thug named Luke Wepy to prevent people from filing motions or submitting evidence. He routinely intercepts mail and suppresses them from the record. Judges Delury and Podolnick have been intentionally rescheduling court dates over my objections without any cause preventing me from raising these issues directly to them. The original reason they gave to my attorney for postponing court dates was that they were getting the recordings. Now they refuse to hand it over. Records tampering is a felony and the judges respond to accusations that their staff are committing felonies by concealing the evidence. They choose not to obey the law and bar people from recording in the courtroom to cover it up. If you want to protect yourself, you will record everything on your cell phone. This is a sham court with no integrity. They have a close relation with the Atlantic County Jail which is a privately owned jail. Their goal is to send as many people there and extort as much money from the innocent as possible. They do not follow the rules of court or the code of judicial conduct, and unfortunately new jersey leaves it to the courts to oversee themselves. Your cell phone is literally the only defense you have against these criminals.

I have never been so disrespected before in my life. The women at the clerk's desk are so rude,disrespectful,and very unprofessional, they hung up on me 3 times, and when they seen I was consistent with my calls they stopped and continued being rude and disrespectful. Not what I expected from a government building.
