The managers talk to you like your nothing. Will tell you " Don't to talk back; just say yes ma'am and no ma'am, I don't need the back talk." Won't want to assist you with anything if you're new. Will have you walking all over the place looking for " your " supervisor to ask a question they could answer. Managers don't want to take responsibility for their jobs. They are just there for a pay check.
