Depends on the box: 30, 40 are most common. I've seen 50 or 80 also. (Most boxes with 4 oz patties have 40 I think). The ratio listed in some boxes is the number of patties in a pound. (Ex 4 oz patties are 4:1)

No ... of course not. This is a bulk food and supplies store very much like Sam's or Costco but less expensive and less crowded without all the frills. It's pure restaurant supply without the frills and fluff.

I don't recall ever seeing cooked corn of any kind except canned kernels. Best thing to do is just go check out what the Chefs Store keeps in stock. Great place to buy cheese in bulk, potatoes, onions, etc. if you can split the purchase with someone. A couple weeks ago they had boneless, skinless chicken thighs for $1.24 a lb, but you had to buy 40 pounds. We split the box with our son.
