Premier RV Resort. Chipseal roads, reasonably level, some slope for drainage, long and wide concrete pads, offset for picnic table and firebox, surrounded by green lush grass. Two pools with hot tubs, one indoors and one outside. This is a large rv park. The perimeter drive is about 1 mile. Lots of room between sites. The community house has a large dining area, gaming room, workout room, laundry, and indoor pool. Several tables with comfortable chairs in which to relax. Doors open on ends of swimpool room for a nice breeze. There are several cabins on site and wow, the porches are facing East for nice afternoon shade. Because this place is so spread out, many people bring or rent golf carts to go from point to point. The park is situated on the Guadalupe River, but not so close there is a threat of flood damage. Folks set chairs and canopies in river with coolers. Very festive on weekends, especially holidays. We stayed in the premium area above the river. I mean its high and closest to the river, but still about 1/8mile away. You can see the river from there. Two last things...back in sites are on driver side and sewer is actually lower than the pad. For trailers like mine. I always cringe when I see a stand pipe higher than the black and grey water outlet of our 17' Casita trailer. We got there on a Wednesday, about noon, before Memorial weekend and the park was about 1/3 full until Friday afternoon. Also, reasonably priced fresh ice cream for sale in office. Mmmm

Great place to stay away from hiway traffic. Nice and peaceful. Great amenities. Sites are spaced well apart. Nice walk along the river (Guadalupe).

This place has it all. Very clean, spacious and level sites. Always a lot of events in this very social and active RV Park. They have two laundry, shower areas, both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Large social area, basketball court and several playgrounds. The Guadalupe River is just across the street. They have a small game room and exercise room. WiFi is good and for $15 a month, you can cable TV.

This is a great place to stay. Its quiet and the staff is friendly. The indoor pool and spa is great. You get a fire pit and picnic table. This place is very impressive. If you want to be on the waterside. It's far from the water see in photos. We walked to the water. They had the double lawn rockers in the shade. They rent golf carts for $50. We will return it's worth it...

Can you be more specific? Not sure how to help.
We were there last week and spoke to several people that actually live there. So yes they do offer long term spots. Might give them a call.
Yes they do.
