For those complaining about lab work being submitted….future patients please do what I did….call the same day to make sure it’s received. Also, ask for copies to be sent to you as well so that you may also forward the information. Call for updates on your file and make sure all labs are done in time. You should have no issues if you also keep up with your file.

I’ve been trying to schedule an in person consultation for over a month now. It takes them weeks to get back to me. I just moved from Las Vegas to Austin and have been trying to get a consultation and the first available is 3-4 months away and I can’t seem to be able to lock in an actual time and date. I’ve called them over a handful of times. It’s so frustrating that I will find another surgery place. I was really wanting to go here

However, I can share that we do everything possible to accommodate or reschedule a patient needing an extension for their surgery. Our biggest reason for a patient to miss her/his scheduled date is improper planning when attaining the required Lab Work and Clearances. We will gladly provide refunds to our patients within the guidelines set in their terms and conditions. The initial booking fee is not refundable as this establishes your medical records and locks in a surgical date.

I would recommend a Brachioplasty procedure in which the excess skin would be removed with some possible Liposuction. After recovery your arms would be nice and tucked.
