We applied about 3 months ago and asked for emergency fs, they said we were not eligible. We are still waiting for an interview for the paper application we turned in 3 months ago when I called a few months ago the receptionist said these things take time and when I called yesterday they said they have no application that I have turned in and that I need to reapply they need to get there head on straight and do things right

This place is so horrible, do not help you whatsoever don't try to do anything to help you. The discrepancy between a 1 to 5 star is amazing to me leads me to believe that everyone that has posted a 5 star are fake reviews! The powers of these people have in their hands to either help you or send you away with no help whatsoever is uncalled for! There's needs to be an investigation! When you go there you need help and to be turn away with no where to go!!!! The on line to call and no one answereds the phone!
