The doctors here are wonderful, that being said, the receptionist/scheduling supervisor Tina is rude and extremely unprofessional my son has an upcoming oral surgery so I needed to make an appointment for a health and physical, the first time I called(over 2 weeks ago) I was told they needed so forms from the surgeons office, so I had them faxed over called that Monday to try aging to be told they had one form but needed another so I get ahold of the patien care people at valley gate dental and put them in contacts they could get the forms needed called again today only to be told they had zero forms from valley gate and was interrupted numerous times and told I was rude because I'm upset that I'm obviously being lied to Tina needs to realize her job is not more important than my sons health .don't play with my childs health you lost a patient today, and BTW it took literally 5 mins to get his appointment scheduled at his new pediatrician office when he had been a patient with salibury since birth this is inexcusable if patients have to sign a behavior contract your employees should too

Cancelled my appointment and did not notify me. They don’t like “no call-no shows”….well guess what?? Patients don’t like driving to Salisbury ( for us it was 45 minutes) to hear, “sorry, I guess they couldn’t get in touch with you.” They have 3 correct phone numbers and an email address on file. No excuse!! Dr. Magryta is a great pediatrician and I was informed the doctors own the practice and can change their schedule whenever they want. That may be, but you need COMPETENT staff to not inconvenience your patients. Nor able to communicate with physician via website so I can’t get my questions answered. And this is hysterical… their website has a place to take a survey to “help them be better”…. And the survey malfunctioned. Shocking!! What did I expect from an office with a rating of 2.9. I think that was too generous. Would NOT recommend.

My daughter had her baby on July 28. The 2 Dr.’s who came to see her while she was in the hospital seemed to be good. So we felt pretty good about the practice. The baby had an appointment with a different Dr 3 days after they were discharged. Dr Magryta came in during her appointment & didn’t ask any questions, just looked at her, & said the baby looked good & left. My daughter had questions but the Dr wasn’t in the room long enough to be asked anything. We’re changing to a different practice due to this. This is not how you treat patients, especially a mother with her 1st child.

Very dissatisfied with this place. Our child has a viral infection and instead of trying to figure out what it is exactly they start ordering things that are not going to help. He's currently at another doctor who in 5 minutes has tested him for 20 different virsus and we will have an answer tomorrow. This clinc should be shut down

They do have doctors who deal with autistic children and have a counselor or psychologist on site
8-9am 5-7pm 10-12 holiday and sat and sun
