First time at Salisbury Eyecare and everything was seamless. From check in to actual appointment. Staff is extremely friendly and professional and the doctor is very informative and makes eye care suggestions that are sensible and cost effective. Found my new place for eye care!

Questions & Answers

Do they accept Medicaid. Not medicare

We currently only accept Medicaid Direct. We do not accept any of the Medicaid Managed Care plans (such as AmeriHealth Caritas, BCBS Healthy Blue, WellCare, Carolina Complete Health, and United Healthcare Community Plan). Individuals with a Medicaid Managed Care plan are welcome to receive care at our office, but would need to pay out of pocket for any services rendered.

Do you take walk I appointments

We are only able to take walk-ins for full exams in the case that our schedule is not fully booked, an occurrence that is happening less and less these days. We do try to be respectful of our patients schedules, and adding walk-ins throughout the day would compromise the experience for our scheduled patients. It's always better to schedule an appointment for a full exam. We do take walk-ins when there is a true ocular emergency occurring.
