So, they have office hours and phone hours. The website lists both. I'm sorry you didn't get through when you tried to call, though. I've never had an issue getting someone to answer my call - perhaps they were on another call at the moment. Did you try back at all?
Depending on your state laws, the average amount of time to file a mesothelioma lawsuit is two years from your diagnosis. Note, however, that North Carolina and South Carolina have a three-year statute of limitations. Georgia holds to a two-year statute of limitations. And Tennessee’s statute of limitations is one year from diagnosis.
While many people may experience asbestos exposure at some point in their lives, the truth is that no amount of exposure to asbestos is safe. Any exposure is a cause for concern. Every circumstance is different, and you simply do not know how the exposure may affect you.
Mesothelioma is a cancer caused exclusively by asbestos exposure. The cancer develops by the inhaling of asbestos fibers. It may even develop from ingestion of asbestos, as some traces may be found in water.
If you believe your cancer diagnosis is related to taking Zantac or Asbestos, schedule your initial consultation with a law firm right away. Wallace & Graham serves clients across the country, so maybe call them. They've won record-breaking verdicts for their clients.
The answer depends on the state in which you live. Twenty-six states give you a two-year statute of limitations to file a claim, which can expire as early as September 15, 2021. States with one- and two-year statutes of limitations account for more than 59% of the country, affecting the majority of potential claimants. Contact our team to determine if you are eligible for compensation.
If you and your attorney can prove that your cancer is the result of using Zantac, you may be able to receive compensation for it. Compensation for Zantac claims can include losses like medical expenses, pain and suffering, lost income during treatment and recovery, and other related costs and losses.
Zantac shows links to many different types of cancer throughout the body, including the liver, stomach, bladder, pancreas, rectum and colon, esophagus, liver, prostate and breasts. Zantac is metabolized by the liver which is why liver cancer is often the first and most obvious outcome of toxic exposure. A significant development in the research on these cases shows juvenile cancers as well.
You should definitely give Wallace & Graham a call. They are super helpful and if you have a case, they will tell you exactly what you need to do. As a bonus, they don't charge you anything for their services.
Hi, Cathy - They do handle medical issues associated with personal injury cases. Your best bet is to call the firm and ask them. They're super friendly!
Hi, Ruben - They would be happy to discuss your matter with you, but they have no way of contacting you from this question. I would urge you to call the firm and request a free consultation with one of their lawyers. They can give you a much better idea of whether or not you have a case and, if so, what the process would be moving forward. Best of luck!
