Hi John, waiting list time can vary by many factors, but right now the one-bedroom list is about a year and for an efficiency about 6 months. Pets are allowed (with some restrictions) and a deposit. We do not use insurance (Medicaid) for payment of rent. Thank you for your inquiry.

Yes they have one bedroom apartments here and the waiting list is not that far away I mean I got my apartment in less than a month after I applied it is a nice place to live I've been here for one year have no complaints they are pretty thorough with cleanliness I like it and rent is very cheap they go 30% of your income for one-bedroom you will be paying approximately $230 but if you want I can get you more info drop by and get a application so you can get it going
