This place moved my brother and they are not giving (us) his family any details of his whereabouts. We have called and left messages to his new social worker and she never called back. This place should be shut down, very unprofessional.

My brother just left there and transferred to another facility. His social security card, birth certificate and medical cards did not go with him. I just called and left them a message asking for it. I’ll give them one week before I do a police report because clearly he doesn’t keep this stuff in his possession. The hospital is supposed to properly secure their identification.

My brother in law is there and he constantly gets mistreated. He has complained numerous times about the staff and other patients and has gotten no help or assistance. Also they have either kept his money or property from him or just threw it away. This place needs to be shut down immediately!

Clothes can be shipped directly to the institution in care of the patient. Note that patients are only allowed to have a limited amount of personal clothing items.
Check or money order can be dropped off during normal business hours or by contact visits. Or mailed to the address on their website.
