Moved in 6 weeks ago. Still don’t have a working oven. Staff is rarely in the office. Phone calls are almost never returned. A lot of sketchy activity in the parking lot at night. Not a place you wanna bring your wife and kids.

I love living at Lakewood! We've been there for about a year now with no issues. We were originally in a studio, but as we picked up a roommate, we were able to break our lease early and move into a 2-bedroom easily peasily. Janet and the rest of the staff are awesome. The apartments are really quite nice, a little pricey but when it includes maintenance and utilities, you definitely get what you pay for. The walls are surprisingly soundproof, you can rarely hear your neighbors. We only really hear the people above us when they drop their phones or something. They are super pet-friendly. Really cannot recommend Lakewood enough, especially for first-time renters. It's just a nice place to be :)
